If you are not fully satisfied with your product you always have the possibility to return your item within 14 days after you have received the item(s). RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
- Place the item(s) in the original shipping box or another suitable packaging.
- Let us know: Your order number, who you are, what you are returning, what is wrong and if you would like a return or exchange and put into the package
- Close the box and tape it securely.
- Please ship the items in the post to us, we’re not responsible for returns in transit so please use a recorded service to make sure they arrive safely.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and color. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item(s) to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at www.lolumas.com
Sale items are non-exchangeable but can be returned for a full refund.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card only.
During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to exchange or return your order. The product that you return must be in perfect condition, not worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original labels still attached to each product. Also, it helps if the original receipt that comes by email when ordered is enclosed together with the returned products so that we have all information.
The return address you will find on the return sheet that comes with the package.
Our policy applies during sales period with the exception that Loluma’s Suburbs will not allow exchanges.
ALL INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.
